Option 1: Sign up with your email

Open collectfans.com/signup and fill in the form. All four fields are required.

   Username — letters, numbers and underscores. It becomes your public address, collectfans.com/u/username, so pick something you are happy to share. You can change it later in Settings → Account.

   Email address — we send the confirmation link, receipts and login alerts here. Use an inbox you can open right now.

3. 3

   Password — at least 6 characters. The strength meter turns green once you mix lower-case, upper-case, a number and a symbol.

   Confirm password — repeat it exactly; the form will tell you if the two do not match.

   Tick the three boxes: you are 18+, you accept the Terms and Conditions, and you agree that images you upload can be shown publicly on the site.

   Click Create account.

Option 2: Sign up with a social account

Prefer not to make up another password? Use one of the buttons under the form.

   Click Continue with X, Continue with Google or Continue with Twitch.

   Approve the request on the provider's page. We only receive your email address and display name — never your password.

   You are sent straight back to Collect Fans, already logged in. Social sign-ups skip the email confirmation because the provider has already verified the address.

Always log in with the same method you signed up with. An email/password account and a Google account with the same address are two separate accounts.

Confirm your email address

After an email sign-up we show a green notice and send a confirmation link to the address you entered.

   Open your inbox and look for the message from Collect Fans titled "Confirm your email address". Check Spam / Junk and Promotions too.

   Click Confirm email. The link works once and expires after 24 hours — request a new one with Resend confirmation if it has expired.

   You land back on Collect Fans, logged in.

Until your email is confirmed you can browse, but you cannot post, message, buy tokens or apply as a creator.

Choose what brings you here

The first time you log in we ask whether you are a fan or a creator. This only sets your starting point — a fan can apply as a creator at any time from the menu.

   I watch content — continue to a quick age check, then Discover opens so you can follow creators, subscribe and unlock posts.

2. 2

   I create content — continue to identity verification and payout onboarding. Your creator tools unlock once our team approves the verification (usually within 24 hours).

Troubleshooting: I did not get the confirmation email

• Look in Spam, Junk, Promotions or Updates folders and add no-reply@collectfans.com to your safe senders.

• Check the address shown in the green notice for typos — a wrong address means the email went somewhere else. Sign up again with the correct one.

• Wait 2–3 minutes; some providers delay automated mail. Then click Resend confirmation on the sign-up page (or Log in → the same notice appears).

• Corporate, school and some privacy mailboxes block automated links. Try a personal Gmail, Outlook or iCloud address.

• Still nothing after 15 minutes? Contact Support with the email address you used and we will confirm it manually.

Troubleshooting: "Username or email is already taken"

• Usernames are unique across the whole site. Try adding a number or a word, e.g. aria_official.

• If the email is taken you may already have an account — use Log in, or Forgot password if you do not remember it.

• If you signed up with Google or X earlier, log in with that button instead of email/password.
