Terms and Conditions

By registering for, entering, or using Collect Fans, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Collect Fans contains adult-oriented material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access the platform. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws and community standards that apply where you live.

• You certify that you are legally permitted to view adult content.
• You will not show explicit content from the platform to minors.
• You are responsible for any false age or identity information you provide.

Creators who register or upload content acknowledge that their approved images, videos, profile details, and promotional materials may be displayed on Collect Fans. Creators must provide accurate information and valid identification when required for age and identity verification.

Each creator and content provider must agree to the Creator Agreement before uploading content or live streaming. The agreement prohibits illegal activity and requires written consent and age and identity verification records for every person depicted in the content.

Uploaded content is subject to review before publication, including posts, images, videos, profile media, paid media, and live streaming materials where review is technically available. Collect Fans reviews user-uploaded content to confirm that it is not illegal and does not violate platform standards, payment partner standards, age verification requirements, or consent requirements.

• No content may depict minors or suggest illegal activity.
• No content may promote third-party websites or services without permission.
• No content may violate applicable obscenity or community standards.
• No content may depict animals, firearms, illegal substances, trafficking, coercion, or solicitation.
• Content may be rejected, held for manual review, removed, restricted, or escalated to the proper authorities.

Creators must obtain and keep written consent from each person depicted in uploaded or streamed content. Consent must cover the person's agreement to be depicted, agreement to public distribution and upload to Collect Fans, and agreement to downloading if downloads are made available.

Creators must verify the identity and age of every depicted person and be able to provide supporting documentation upon request. If consent is not given, is withdrawn, or is void under applicable law, Collect Fans may remove the content.

Users and depicted persons may report content that may be illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise violates Collect Fans standards through the Complaint and Removal Policy. Reported complaints are reviewed and resolved within five business days.

Possible outcomes include content removal, content restriction, account action, no action where no violation is found, or escalation to law enforcement, safety organizations, or payment partners where appropriate. Decisions may be appealed by contacting support. If a depicted person disputes an appeal outcome, Collect Fans will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body at the merchant's expense.

Collect Fans does not condone human sex trafficking, human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or forced activity in any form. Suspected trafficking or exploitation will be reviewed and reported to the proper authorities when required or appropriate.

Users and creators must behave safely and lawfully. Exchanging personal contact information, attempting to move transactions off-platform, harassment, coercion, fraud, or misuse of another person's content may lead to account restrictions or removal.

Creators retain ownership of their own content, but grant Collect Fans permission to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. Users may view purchased or subscribed content for personal use only and may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly share it.

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Verification, payment, account, and content data may be processed as needed to run the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Collect Fans may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, platform safety rules, payment abuse, unlawful activity, or any conduct that creates legal, operational, or user safety risk.

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Collect Fans. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
