Complaint and Removal Policy

Collect Fans reviews complaints about content that may be illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise in violation of platform standards. This policy also explains the appeal and takedown process for any person depicted in content on the site.

Reporting Content

Anyone may report content that may be illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise in violation of Collect Fans standards or payment partner standards. Reports may be submitted through the CCBill complaint and takedown form or by contacting support.

Please include the URL, creator name, post or media details, the reason for the report, and any information that helps identify the content and the person making the complaint.

Review Process and Timing

Complaints are reviewed and resolved within five business days. During review, Collect Fans may temporarily restrict access to the reported content while the complaint is assessed.

The review may include checking content records, account history, age and identity information, consent records, uploader records, payment partner standards, and applicable legal requirements.

Possible Outcomes

Depending on the result of the review, outcomes may include content removal, content restriction, warning or account action against the uploader, request for additional consent or identity documentation, escalation to payment partners or law enforcement, or no action if the content does not violate applicable rules.

Appeals and Depicted-Person Takedowns

Any person depicted in content may request removal of that content or appeal a review decision by contacting support and identifying the content, the reason for removal, and any evidence that consent was not given, has been withdrawn, or is void under applicable law.

If the investigation determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed. If a creator or other party disagrees with the appeal outcome, Collect Fans will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body at the merchant's expense.

Appeal requests may be submitted through the CCBill takedown form or by emailing support.
