Creator Agreement

By applying as a creator, uploading content, or live streaming on Collect Fans, you agree that you will not create, upload, offer, sell, stream, or distribute content or activity that is illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise violates Collect Fans standards, payment partner rules, or applicable law.

You must obtain and keep written consent from every person depicted in your content. That consent must specifically cover consent to be depicted in the content, consent for the public distribution and upload of the content to Collect Fans, and consent for downloading where downloading is made available to users.

You must verify the identity and age of every person depicted in your content before uploading or streaming that content. Every depicted person must be an adult. You must be able to provide supporting age, identity, and consent documentation to Collect Fans upon request.

You acknowledge and agree that your approved profile materials, images, videos, live streams, posts, captions, likeness, display name, and other creator content may be used, hosted, displayed, promoted, streamed, and distributed publicly on Collect Fans in accordance with the Terms and this Creator Agreement.

Collect Fans may pre-screen uploads before publication and may remove, restrict, or escalate content that appears to violate law, platform standards, consent requirements, age verification requirements, or payment partner standards.
