Broadcasts — message all your fans at once
Write one message and every fan in the audience you pick gets it as a normal DM they can reply to.
- 1
Open Broadcasts from the creator dashboard and choose New broadcast.
- 2
Pick the audience: Subscribers (everyone with an active subscription or trial), Followers (paying or not), All fans (both together), a saved segment, one of your lists, or a tier and above.
- 3
Write the message. Use {name} or {handle} and they are filled in for each fan, so everyone receives their own name rather than a group post.
- 4
Add an image URL if you want a picture with it — this field is optional.
- 5
Check the reach line (“Goes to 248 fans in Subscribers”), then Review and send → Send now. It sends immediately; there is no scheduling and no undo.
It arrives as a real conversation
A broadcast is not an announcement wall. Each fan gets it in their own DM thread and can reply straight back to you, so treat it like a message you are sending to one person many times over.
Fans who have muted or blocked you do not receive it.
Nobody can see who else got the message, or how many people did.
Replies land in your inbox like any other DM.
Saved audience segments
A segment is a named, reusable rule — not a frozen list of people. It stores the rule, so the count is always whoever matches today.
Active subscribers — everyone paying right now, trials included.
Followers — everyone following the profile, paying or not.
Everyone — the widest reach: followers and subscribers together.
A list I keep — the members of one of your lists.
Subscribers from a tier upwards — only a chosen tier or higher.
Fans who spent the most — everyone whose total spend with you reaches a threshold you set.
Fans whose subscription ran out — a win-back audience whose paid period is over.
Build them on the Audience page. “Message this audience” takes you straight into a broadcast with that segment already selected.
Drafts and what you already sent
Sent broadcasts lists everything you have sent, newest first, with the recipient count and date.
An unsent draft can be removed with Delete draft.
“Nobody matched that audience” means the rule resolved to zero fans right now — nothing was sent, so change the audience and try again.
