Subscription tiers, bundles and promotions
Tiers are the monthly plans fans subscribe to. Give each one a price and perks, reward longer commitments with 3, 6 or 12-month bundles, cap how many fans can join, and run promotions.
- 1
Open Creator Dashboard → Tiers & Trials and click Add tier.
- 2
Fill in the tier name (up to 60 characters, and unique among your tiers), the monthly price in USD ($1 – $1,000), a short description and up to twelve perks — one per line.
- 3
Set the bundle discounts you want to offer: 3, 6 and 12 months, 0 – 90% off each. Leave a box empty and that length is simply not offered. The monthly price is always offered next to the bundles.
- 4
Optionally set a subscriber limit — how many fans can be on this tier at once. Leave it empty for no limit.
- 5
Click Create tier. It goes live on your profile straight away — use Hide to take it down and Publish to bring it back.
How the tiers stack
Each new tier is added above the existing ones and gets the next rank (Tier 1, Tier 2 …). A subscriber on a higher tier sees everything the lower tiers see, so you never have to duplicate a post.
To lock a post to a tier, open the media settings in the composer and pick the tier under Who can see it (for example Silver +). Fans on that tier or higher see the original; everyone else sees a blurred preview with an Upgrade subscription button.
Fans pick a tier in the Subscription box on your profile: the monthly price, plus the bundle prices with the discount already applied.
You can have up to 20 tiers. Two tiers cannot share the same name.
Subscriber limits
Each tier card shows how many fans are on it. Click set a limit (or change limit) to cap it anywhere from 1 up; leave the box empty to remove the cap.
While a capped tier has room, fans see how many spots are left. When it is full, the button reads Full and nobody new can join.
Fans already on a full tier can still renew or extend it. Only active subscriptions count, so a spot opens again when someone's paid period ends.
Promotions
A promotion lowers the monthly price of one tier for a group of fans. Click Add promotion on the tier card.
- 1
Choose % off (1 – 90%) or $ off (a fixed amount that must be less than the tier price). The preview shows the old and new monthly price.
- 2
Who gets it: Everyone, New fans only (fans who have never subscribed to you) or Existing fans only.
- 3
Applies to: First period only (the fan pays the promo price once, then the normal price on renewal) or Every renewal while it runs.
- 4
Optionally pick an end date, then click Start promotion.
Fans see the normal price struck through next to the promo price, and when the promo ends. Bundle prices get the promotion first, then the bundle discount on top.
A promotion never takes a tier below $1. If several promotions apply to the same fan, they get the lowest price.
Use Pause and Resume to switch a promotion off and on, or the bin icon to delete it. Fans who already paid keep the price they paid.
When a fan changes tier
Moving up takes effect straight away: the new tier starts today, and the unused part of the fan's current period is taken off the price. The fan sees Upgrade now on every tier above theirs.
Moving down waits until the paid period ends. Nothing is charged now, the fan keeps their current tier until then, and the profile shows the switch as pending.
Fans who subscribed before you set up tiers (or through quick subscribe in a live room) have no tier yet. Every tier is shown to them as an upgrade: the tier starts today and the unused part of what they paid is credited.
Changing or removing a tier
Hide takes a tier off your profile without touching anyone who is already on it — they keep their access until their paid period ends.
Deleting a tier that still has subscribers retires it instead of deleting it: it disappears from your profile, and the people who paid keep what they paid for. A tier nobody is on is deleted outright.
Changing the price never re-charges an existing subscriber mid-period; the new price applies from their next renewal.
The welcome message
The panel under your tiers holds the DM every new subscriber gets. It is sent automatically the first time someone subscribes or starts a trial — and only once per fan, so a renewal never sends it again.
- 1
Write the message (up to 2,000 characters). Use {name} for their display name and {handle} for their username.
- 2
Leave Send it automatically ticked and click Save message.
- 3
Remove deletes it; new subscribers then get nothing.
