Live chat: emojis, moderators and timeouts
Chat sits at the top of Live Studio. Pick moderators who can remove messages and time out viewers; Collect Fans moderators can help in any stream.

In Live Studio the Live chat panel is the first thing in the right column, with the viewer count. Use the smiley button to insert emojis; viewers have the same button.

Every viewer message shows a trash icon (remove) and a clock icon (time out for 1 min – 7 days) when you hover it. Removed messages disappear for everyone instantly.

Chat moderators panel: search a username and add it. Moderators get a green MOD badge in chat and the same remove / time-out tools in your streams only. Remove them with ×.

Collect Fans moderators (blue “Collect Fans Mod” badge) are appointed by staff and can moderate every live chat on the platform. They appear in your list as staff-appointed and cannot be removed by creators.

A moderator can never remove the creator's messages or time out the creator or a Collect Fans moderator. Timed-out viewers see “Timed out until …” in the message box.
