Connect a Lovense toy
Pair Lovense Remote with the live studio so tips and gifts can trigger your toy during a stream.

Install Lovense Remote on your phone or computer and pair your toy with it there first — Collect Fans talks to Lovense Remote, not to the toy directly.

Open the live studio and find the Lovense toy panel.

Press connect to generate a pairing QR code, scan it in Lovense Remote, then press Refresh in the studio. The panel lists your connected toys once it works.

Send a test command to check the toy reacts before you go live.

Set up your live tip menu so fans can see what each amount does.
The connection is yours alone: fans never see your Lovense account, and removing the connection stops every trigger immediately.
What triggers the toy
Live tips and gifts from viewers during the stream.
A gift is charged from the fan's wallet first; only a successful gift reaches the toy.
Nothing triggers until Lovense Remote is paired — without it, tips still arrive as normal earnings, they just do not reach the toy.
If it stops responding
Check Lovense Remote is still running and the toy is on and in range — the connection lives there, not in the browser.
Press Refresh in the studio to re-read the connection status.
Remove the connection and scan a fresh QR code if the status stays offline.
