Request a payout
Send your available balance to your Cosmo card — manually or automatically.

Open Finance → Payout Request. The button is active once your Available balance reaches the $50 minimum.

Click Request payout. The amount is locked and appears in Payout history as “requested”.

Requests are processed on the platform's payout run (daily). Automatic payouts: when enabled, any available balance above your threshold is sent without a request.

Track the status in Payout history: requested → processing → paid. If a payout fails, the amount is released back to Available with the reason shown.
