Digital purchases are final; technical failures are reviewed case by case.
Subscriptions, unlocks, tips and tokens are not refundable once delivered, in line with the Refund policy.
If content could not be accessed because of a technical problem, contact support within 7 days with the purchase date, amount and a description — we check the logs and refund confirmed failures to your wallet.
