Images: JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 20 MB. Videos: MP4 (H.264) only, 9:16 or 16:9, up to 250 MB for feed posts and 100 MB in the media collection.

“Please upload a vertical 9:16 or landscape 16:9 video” — re-export the clip in one of those ratios.

Paid videos take longer: the server re-encodes them. If the page reports a timeout, try a shorter clip or lower resolution and retry — nothing was charged.

If it keeps failing, send support the file type, size, duration and the exact error text.
