Delete your account
Removes your profile and content from Collect Fans and signs you out. Some records are kept because the law requires it.
- 1
Open Settings and scroll to Delete Account.
- 2
Read the confirmation carefully and confirm. There is no second chance dialog after this one.
- 3
Your profile and all of your content disappear from Collect Fans and you are signed out straight away.
Before deleting as a creator: request any payout you are owed first, and tell your subscribers. Deleting does not refund active subscriptions, and your fans lose access to what they paid for.
What happens immediately
Your profile stops being visible — to fans, in search, and on the feed.
Your posts, media and albums are hidden everywhere at the same moment.
Any live room you have open is ended.
The account is locked: signing in again returns “This account has been deleted.”
What is kept, and why
Deletion locks and hides the account rather than erasing every row. Collect Fans is required to retain payment records, identity verification (18 U.S.C. §2257) and moderation evidence for a set period, and those obligations outlive an account.
Payment and payout history is retained in full.
Identity verification documents from your creator application are retained.
Nothing retained is visible to fans — only to staff, for the legal purposes above.
Changed your mind?
Because the records are retained rather than destroyed, staff can restore a self-deleted account in full. Contact support from the email address on the account and ask — the sooner the better, as the retention window does eventually pass.
